What this is (and what it isn’t)

This is a mind reset — a calm framework for the mental noise that can hit after a heart attack. It’s written for men who feel unsettled, hyper-aware, and tired in their own head.

It’s not a rehab programme, not a fitness plan, and not medical advice. Think of it as a steady companion that sits alongside your clinical recovery.

Why I made it

In the early days after my own heart attack, I looked “fine” on the outside — but my head was anything but. I wish I’d had something simple and steady to hold onto.

So I made it. No hype. No preaching. Just the kind of words and structure that would’ve helped me.

Quick questions

Is this for the first 7 days only?

It’s designed for the early stage, but lots of men use it later too — especially if anxiety comes back or your head gets noisy again.

Will you email me every day?

No. You’ll get the plan when it launches, plus the weekly Reflection Letter if you want it. That’s it.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is lived experience and mindset support. Always follow your doctor/cardiac rehab guidance. If you feel unwell or have symptoms, seek urgent medical help.
